300 Lines of Code?!

This evening at the ideaLAB we set up computer stations to teach people how to write their first lines of code.  By the end of the night we had 13 coders completing well over 300 lines of code!  We'll be leaving things set up for the rest of the week and anyone who wants to take part in this "Hour of Code" event can drop in to write as many lines as they want.  Who knows?  Maybe you'll be the next Zuckerberg!

We have a laser-cut seasonal diorama and tree art installation on display, created by our resident tinkerer, Alan Groombridge. With the surge in interest in handmade items for the festive season, you might just get an idea or two for that someone special.
